SHIPPING & HANDLING

Thank you for shopping with Lioness by E. S. Smith.

Each Lioness piece is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment with exceptional attention to detail. Because every Lioness piece is handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, processing times may vary.

Shipping Availability

At this time, Lioness ships within the United States including APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping is planned for a future chapter.

Signature Required Upon Delivery

To help ensure the safe arrival of your purchase, every Lioness order is shipped with signature Delivery.  An adult must be available to accept the package at the shipping address provided at checkout.

This requirement is intended to protect both our customers and the integrity of each one-of-one Lioness creation.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During collection launches, limited releases, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier. Once an order has been entrusted to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

Shipping Insurance

Every Lioness piece is shipped with insurance and Signature Delivery to help protect your purchase while in transit.

Package Inspection

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@lionessbyessmith.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials
  • A brief description of the issue

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Lioness is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
